Local Class A CDL
Position
Responsibilities:
Operate tractor trailer and roll off truck.
Load and unload trucks and trailers.
Pick up and deliver material as assigned.
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections of fleet equipment.
Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Follow all safety guidelines set forth by Federal Motor Carrier and OmniSource.
All other tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to make quick decisions in an ever changing fast paced work environment.
Climbing in and out of fleet equipment, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 80lbs.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
Valid Class A CDL with a least two years verifiable tractor trailer experience.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
