Emler's Managers in Training are responsible for assisting with the management of an Emler Swim School facility by supervising and executing corporate plans and actions. A MIT must convey the Emler culture to his/her team and be a creative team player who likes to work hard, have fun, and show sincere dedication to Emler Swim School. The Manager in Training is considered to be an on-the-job training position for a Manager position.
Requirements:
- 4 year College degree required
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience (higher education can compensate for experience)
- Previous leadership experience
- Ability to lead, motivate, and empower
- A genuine love for teaching children
Benefits:

-Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
