Position Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse serves as the clinical assistant for a health care provider team traveling to local residential sites where direct patient care is provided. This role combines a variety of functions typically found in industry roles such as Health Unit Coordinator, Physician Aide, Clinical Assistant, and Pharmacy Tech. Duties include medication reconciliation, pre-rounding, rounding with providers while updating EMR, obtaining vitals and concerns, and assisting in provider paperwork. The role requires outstanding organizational and customer service abilities, and must confidently and professionally interact with health care providers.
Qualifications:
Licensed Practice Nurse
Experience working in geriatrics preferred.
Two years of experience working in the medical field interacting with care providers preferred.
Comfortable navigating electronic medical record systems and working with patient care notes.
Medical coding experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented and accurate.
Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure.
Computer proficient.

WPM typing, medical terminology knowledge and understanding of patient care notes.
Demonstrated compatibility with Bluestone's mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
