Human Resource Generalist
Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, performance management, benefits, training, and employee services.
The Human Resources Generalist originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Establish strong working partnerships with management and employees
Act as advisor and provide technical expertise on HR issues
Develop and administer company-wide policies; ensure compliance with applicable laws;
Oversee compensation program design and administration; analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs. Primary person responsible for all recruiting strategies and execution of those strategies
Manage employee benefit programs including vendor negotiations, contract management, benefits administration and open enrollment
Oversee performance management process
Develop and maintain a human resources system(s) that meets management and business needs including payroll, benefits, performance based appraisal & bonus system, wellness program, organizational development, supervisory training and HR documentation process.
Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or other departments in the organization.
Promote ethical and compliant human resources management
Work directly with the President and department heads on allEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
