Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of Infrastructure and Active Directory
Provide on-site Desktop support to business with PC Hardware/software needs
Detail oriented and well organized
Performs software distribution and patch management to Windows PC's, MACs and laptops
Identifies, evaluates, and recommends new products and technologies
Develops and communicates technical, systems and application standards and ensures compliance with existing standards.
Creates and maintains systems documentation for testing and validation
Performs post-implementation support, identifying root cause with strategic solutions to problems
Works with vendors to analyze and troubleshoot solutions
Identify new solutions and services for the desktop support team that align with business objectives.
Contributes to the project planning of hardware and software procurement process
Lead and train fellow desktop administrators in organizational processes.
Custodian of the knowledge store used by the desktop support team
Requirements:
4 year degree plus 3-5 years Windows Desktop experience.
Experience with desktop imaging, inventory, and reporting tools
Proven skill set as computer support technician
Experience with Apple iOS devices, and Mac laptops
Desktop imaging management experience
Excellent customer service, inter-personal, communication and troubleshooting skills
Ability to explain and document procedures verbally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and document tasks and activities
Demonstrated ability to enact improvements within IT environment and end-user experience
Experience working in a fast-paced support environment
Experience using ticketing tool to react to failures, requests andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
