JOB DUTIES:
Meet with homeowners to market and sell 123 Exteriors services
Assist homeowners throughout the restoration process, including selection of new exterior finishes
Meet with insurance adjusters to review exterior storm damage
Meet with homeowners to collect payments
Generate new leads through our company's marketing strategies
Wireless access to company software
Office assistance provided and materials for marketing and job paperwork
Qualifications:
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and a competitive spirit
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Good time management and multi-tasking
Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook and the Internet
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
