Responsibilities:
Design and develop user interfaces, business application logic, and database.
Design and develop testable code.
Anticipate and incorporate new concepts, methodologies, technologies, products and tools to meet emerging customer requirements.
Work with existing version control systems (e.g., Subversion).
Research and provide alternatives to existing development practices/tools that benefit the team and/or project.
Meet customer and internal sprint deadlines.
Debug complex legacy applications.
Plan and implement data and software conversions and migrations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels of professional; strong written and oral communication.
Familiarity with software engineering design patterns and practices.
Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and techniques.
Familiar with object-oriented programming techniques
Experience with multiple programming languages and ability to learn new language syntax quickly.
Strong web development experience including familiarity with:
JavaScript, libraries (e.g., JQuery), and frameworks (e.g., backbone or Angular)
CSS (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation, etc)
AJAX with JSON
RESTful Web services
HTML 5 APIs
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Skilled in documenting application and software designs, models, using ER/UML modelers.
Knowledge on User Experience / UI Design
Familiarity with Section 508 Accessibility Guidelines; version control; and Relational and No-SQL databases.
Individual must meet government NAC andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
