PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Office Manager is an integral part of our team handling a variety of tasks ranging from office management, human resources and security clearance related items. This person should be extremely detail oriented, be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately. The Office Manager/HR-Security Specialist will report directly to the Finance Officer, however is also expected to take direction from others (AFSO) regarding certain security and human resource related tasks.

Responsibilities:
Office Management Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the office facilities. Acquire, distribute, and oversee office and kitchen supplies and services (such as cleaning services, general maintenance and repairs, building security, express shipments and deliveries, reception area, mail handling, and file storage).
Supervise services provided by vendors; recommend procedures to improve productivity. Initiate, negotiate and review vendor proposals, obtaining multiple estimates for purchases of office supplies, furniture, equipment, etc.
Set up new employee work spaces and provide facilities new hire orientation
Secure and manage travel arrangements through assigned travel agency. Monitor and enforce travel policies of the Company and work closely with travel agency to find most cost effective flights/hotels.
Coordinate calendars, schedules and meetings when needed
Event planning for meetings andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
