Outside Sales Representative
We are now actively recruiting a B2B Outside Sales Representative for this location. The B2B Outside Sales Representative is responsible for B2B sales. He/She will call upon business owners, senior-level decision makers and executives to promote the following services:
LINENS
UNIFORMS
HEALTHCARE APPAREL
PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION
Current open position includes a base salary between $45,000-$50,000, uncapped monthly commissions, and uncapped quarterly bonuses. First year reps out of training earn minimum $120,000 at plan. The top two reps, starting in their second year, will average around $160,000. There is no cap on the amount of money you can earn. Sales reps receive a full car package (payment allowance,Car insurance covered, and a gas card), 401K, profit sharing, Employee Stock Ownership Program, full health benefits (medical, dental, & vision), shares of restricted stock, President's Club reward trip, etc.
All new hires will complete our extensive Training Program which begins on your first day and will have you in the field by week 6 with all the tools you need to be successful. The training includes an introduction to our company and culture, the products we sell, and the overall sales process.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
