Integrated Staffing is recruiting for a skilled Maintenance/HVAC Technician. Great position with large, established company in Queensbury, NY.
Maintenance/HVAC Technician will maintain facility for staff and the public in safe operating condition; and performing journey level skilled maintenance to resolve immediate operational and/or safety concerns and provide for preventative maintenance.

Job Description:
Assists other personnel as may be required for the purpose of ensuring an effective and efficient work environment.
Completes employer required training for the purpose of maintaining current knowledge regarding specific job and/or district, state and federal rules, regulations, policies and procedures and laws. o Completes general maintenance work (e.g. roof, welding, cabinetry, ceiling, carpentry, electrical, concrete, masonry, glazing, insulation, painting, grounds, irrigation, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining facilities in a safe condition enabling full educational use of facilities at all times.
Estimates costs (e.g. HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and/or develop project costs in terms of labor and material) for the purpose of ensuring that district expenses are allocated effectively and within budgetary guidelines.
Inspects facilities, systems and their components for the purpose of ensuring safety and identifying necessary repairs and providing an ongoing program of preventive maintenance.
Performs journey level skilled maintenance primarily related to HVAC and refrigeration for the purpose of resolving immediate operational and/or safety concerns and providing for preventative maintenance.
Prepares documentation for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information. Procures equipment, supplies, and materials (e.g. with prior approval of supervisor) for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items.
Recommends supplies and equipment for purchase for the purpose of maintaining the inventory of district owned hand tools, equipment, hardware, materials and supplies. o Repairs various items, systems and/or components for the purpose of ensuring that items are available and in safe working condition.
