Roller Mill Operator (2nd Shift)
To perform semi-skilled labor with regard to all aspects of mill maintenance and operations ensuring optimization of production to manufacture feed.
Successful candidates must be flexible with schedule and be willing to work night shifts. Candidates for Roller Mill Operator/2nd shift will require previous heavy equipment experience and or previous experience with manufacturing equipment. Successful candidates must be computer literate, possess a valid California Driver License and Insurable DMV required. Previous mill experience is preferred with both positions, but will train the right person in use of our equipment. Ability to lift and carry 100 lbs. for 75 feet, communicate clearly & audibly in a noisy environment, and be flexible to work varying schedules, including weekends, on-call, and overtime as needed. Successful candidates must read, write, and speak English. Wages DOE.

Mill Operators will be expected to perform similar duties but will require more training and guidance prior to consideration for promotion to Mill Operator.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
