3 year contract renewable each year Position Description:
o Analyze and document the current states of selected application architectures and formulate specific architecture plans to address the to-be state.
o Analyze and document the future state of selected application architectures for a high-impact line of business and detail out the possible implementation approaches.
o Propose both architecture and business release paths that will achieve the future state for a selected line of business.
Identified release paths should provide an accurate and detailed account of the work that can logically be broken down and prioritized with business outcomes and measures that also identify the impacts to existing IT systems.
Skills Requirements:
o Facilitation skillso Experience in documenting and decomposing complex IT systems and user visions.
o Experience with writing user storieso Collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams for software developmento Rapid and flexible response to change along with self-organization and motivationo Effective communication skills including verbal, both speaking and comprehension, as well as written, which includes preparation and comprehension Flexible work schedule Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 11 years of professional experience Background Check:
Must be able to pass a drug criminal and credit background check Skills:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
