LPN Clinical Coordinator - Albany Gastroenterology (Full Time/Days)

Job SummaryFunctions as a member of the management and nursing team.
Serves as a leader and role model.
Responsible for clinic staffing and efficiencies, interviewing, hiring and coordinating employees.
Collaborates with management team and clinic providers to provide appropriate clinic employee oversight.
Must have natural leadership ability capable of interacting and gaining respect among Physicians, midlevels providers, and staff.
Develops and implements the training program for the nursing staff who are responsible for explaining individualized treatment plans to the patient and his/her family for treatment protocols and/or procedures.
May serve as back-up to the Physician pod as a Team Leader if not adequately staffed due to employee shortages.
All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision, and values of Phoebe.
