Property Inspector
Immediate job openings for property inspectors to complete occupancy/interior-exterior/loss mitigation/insurance loss/construction progress inspections. Statewide positions are open.
Supplies NEEDED for job- reliable vehicle, digital camera which can date and time stamp pictures, high speed internet connection, smartphone, GPS, laptop, must be computer literate. All inspections will be completed by mobile app on your phone. If you do not have supplies please do not apply.

All inspections must be completed and submitted by due dates set by the client.NO EXCEPTIONS. Pay is per assignment, based on performance and based on volume pay may be negotiated. Be prepared to wait 30 days for your first check. There is a 30 day net for most clients and banks. Full time positions have a monthly income POTENTIAL of $2000 to $4000. Part time positions have a monthly income POTENTIAL from $100 to $1000 per month depending on volume and location. This position is classified as an independent contractor/business owner.
