Case Manager

Career Connections is looking for a Case Manager for a large provider of behavioral healthcare services in Logan, Ohio. Duties include monitoring and coordinating delivery of necessary evaluations and assessments, securing client participation in service plan development, providing coordination and assistance in crisis intervention and stabilization, reviewing and monitoring services and activities, maintaining an active caseload, transporting consumers and other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, temp-to-direct opportunity and if hired, this employer offers an outstanding benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and more. The starting pay rate will be $10-12/hour, depending on qualifications. There might be an occasional need for weekend or evening hours, but the regular schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:
30 a.m. - 4:
30 p.m.
To qualify for this position, candidates have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to maintain clear and organized documentation. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Two years field experience required. Associate degree in human services, with CDCA licensure, preferred. Mental health outpatient knowledge, as well as knowledge of in-home and family-based service delivery, is preferred. Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license with good driving record and vehicle insurance. This company maintains a drug-free workplace. Candidates will need to pass a drug screen prior to their first day on the job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
