Injection Molding Operators at Staff Management with Federal Mogul are not just looking for associates but for dedicated team members that are willing to learn and work with injection molding machinery to create automobile products. Staff Management offers a stable and safe working environment with incentives and encouragement for employee growth. Injection Molding Operators are paid to train with molding or casting machinery by measuring and verifying product pieces to company specifications with a high degree of quality control.

o Earn up to $10.50 per hour!
o 8 hour full time shifts
o Shifts available include 2nd and 3rd shifts

Injection Molding Operators Requirements:
o Must be able to lift 30-50lbs
o Must be at least 18 years old
o Some manufacturing experience preferred
o Must be able to stand for shift duration
o Must be able to read, speak, & comprehend English
o Must pass pre-employment drug & background check
o Work conditions may be uncomfortable, at times, due to noise, odors and temperature extremes
