Physician
Our long term facility is seeking a licensed primary care physician to provide quality care to our residents beginning in November 2015. We are a 160 bed facility located in Endicott, NY and offer both long and short term care.
Physician caseload would consist of approximately 40-50 residents, but could consist of more if desired. Federal guidelines require physicians to see new admissions within forty eight hours of admission and newly admitted residents require physician's orders for immediate care. Once admitted residents must be seen by a physician at least once every thirty days for the first ninety days after admission and then at least every sixty days thereafter. Your routine facility resident visitations can be flexible and scheduled for you, to accommodate your needs. You and or your staff would complete billing and receive the revenue from that billing; also you would be responsible for on call.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
