Allstate Agents and their staff provide outstanding service to customers by helping protect what they have today and helping them better prepare for tomorrow. Agency staff members perform a fundamental role in servicing customers, supporting agents and building strong relationships with the community.
Allstate Agents are independent contractors representing Allstate and are not Allstate employees. They have the freedom to plan their agency's direction, growth and future. As an agency staff member, you will be an employee of the agency and not of Allstate Insurance Company or its affiliates There are various opportunities within the local area.
Successful applicants will have their Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license and strong sales background. You can also benefit from a comprehensive education program, a solid reputation and brand name recognition.
Actual job responsibilities are determined by the Agent but duties may include:
Prospecting and generating new business through networking, leads & referrals
Cross selling to current customers
Completing changes to policies
Conducting policy reviews and updating policies and coverages as needed
Providing excellent customer service including researching and resolving customer inquiriesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
