Restaurant General Manager Assistant / Trainee
We are looking for a mature, responsible, self-motivated, and experienced rock star for a full-time position with our unique, fast-paced restaurant.
Our Assistant Manager is:
Passionate about food and customer service.
Has previous restaurant experience, preferably tabletop restaurant experience.
A problem solver with strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Understands that customer satisfaction always takes priority, but efficient restaurant operations make it possible.
An experienced leader with a goal to move up in the management field.

Your duties will include:
Treating our customers with legendary customer service
Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Zoe Coffeehouse & Pub
Being a positive, motivating influence in the Zoe team; like any Great Coach, doing whatever it takes to make your team, other team members, and our company totally awesome
Follow Zoe Coffeehouse & Pub policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security
Creating & serving outstanding food and barista drinks
Scheduling
Keeping the facilities clean & efficient
Whatever it takes to continue to create an exceptional dining/drinking experience for the greatest customers on the Palouse!

This is not a part time position. Students are free to drop off their resumes for part-time positions at 1005 E Main St. for future consideration.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
