We are looking for a mature, responsible, self-motivated, and experienced rock star for a full-time position with our unique, fast-paced restaurant.
Our Assistant Manager is:
Passionate about food and customer service.
Has previous restaurant experience, preferably tabletop restaurant experience.
A problem solver with strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Understands that customer satisfaction always takes priority, but efficient restaurant operations make it possible.
An experienced leader with a goal to move up in the management field.

Your duties will include:
Treating our customers with legendary customer service
Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Zoe Coffeehouse & Pub
Being a positive, motivating influence in the Zoe team; like any Great Coach, doing whatever it takes to make your team, other team members, and our company totally awesome
Follow Zoe Coffeehouse & Pub policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security
Creating & serving outstanding food and barista drinks
Scheduling
Keeping the facilities clean & efficient

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
