This Demand Planning Analyst will:
Interface with multiple departments in creating plans to drive production and manage forecasting errors to targeted levels.
Support multiple departments in assembling key forecasts and metric info for monthly review.
Work with Supply Chain Leadership in suggestions for the development of supply strategies (new or changes existing).
Identify process improvement opportunities.
This Demand Planning Analyst has:
Degree with emphasis in Engineering, Economics, Business Operations or Supply Chain/Logistics; desired.
Strong skills in Demand Planning.
Highly proficient in Excel.
Excellent communications skills (written and oral).
Must have Sales and Operation Planning Process experience.
2-5 years experience in a consumer products/retail industry.
