Student Services Development Specialist

Qualifications: A minimum of two (2) years successful experience in college or
university student advising or recruiting is preferred; ability to establish and
maintain effective working relationships; excellent interpersonal skills with the
ability to communicate with students, staff and the general public in a courteous
and professional manner.
Function: Provides student development services to promote student success at
college sites. Services include advising students in academic, career, special needs,
financial aid, and testing areas: planning and implementing student life and
recruitment activities and implementing and maintaining district-wide online student
services.
In order to be considered for this position, your application packet

1. A CBC application for employment, completed in its entirety

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
