Summary: Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing, administering and documentation of occupational therapy procedures and modalities as prescribed the referring physician to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning
Regulatory Requirements:
Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association
Valid MO license to practice Occupational Therapy or eligible for licensure in MO
Current CPR certification
Skills:
Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of physical medicine, modalities, anatomy and physiology
Excellent interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
