Temp-to-hire position
2nd Shift
$12.50/hr to start, Minimum 40 hours a week, with regular raises at 6 month intervals.
Requirements:
Some Experience in tooling or CNC
Clean Background
Drug-Free
HS Diploma or GED

The duties of this position include performing the following:
-Entry level tool room responsibilities
-Precision machining
-Grinding flat rolls, shaped rolls, mounting and removing rolls,
-Mazak operation
-Could also include milling, lathe operation, tooling assembly and repair.
-Some lifting of 25-50 lbs is required several times throughout the shift
-Employee must follow all posted and written safety guidelines
-Employee is responsible for Legal Compliance, and to follow company policies and procedures in the area of safety and the environment
-Communication skills, mathematical skills, and reasoning ability are a must
-Company WILL hire the right people into a long-term position with the company
-Company offers REGULAR raises at 6 month intervals, pending performance review
-Upon full hire, employees are eligible for impressive benefits packageEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
