Company Driver Pay:
.38/mile Loaded and Empty (Plus .01/mile Safety Incentive & .01/mile Service Incentive paid quarterly)

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
Completed employment application
15 months verifiable Class A driving experience
No DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years
No more than 2 non-DOT reportable accidents in the last 12 months or 3 in the last 3 years
CSA score of no less than 50 with no more than 30 points in Unsafe Driving category
No alcohol related violations in the last 5 years
No speeding tickets over 15 mph or citations for reckless or unsafe driving in the last 3 years
No DUI or drug related convictions in the last 10 years
No felony convictions in the last 10 years
No misdemeanor convictions in the last 3 years (drug related 10 years)
Must be able to pass company administered road test / DOT drug screen
Must attend 2 day orientation
No positive drug or controlled substance tests at previous employers
No refusals for drugs and/or alcohol tests while operating a Commercial Motor VehicleEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
