Sales Lead
Position Summary
The Sales Team Lead is responsible for the daily team operations and management of the your assigned team. The Lead is responsible for assisting the Director of Call Centers and Managers with the effective use of resources and compliance with company clients.
Responsibilities
Manages all team call center activities independently maintaining account service levels and operational standards
Independently manages a team of 5-15 sales reps providing coaching, training, mentoring, and regular feedback, to achieve desired results
Enforces company and departmental policy, professionally discussing and documenting any noncompliance issues.
Makes recommendations to improves service levels
Manages breaks throughout the shift to ensure proper coverage
Assists team by connecting calls throughout the majority of the shift, and assists with more challenging client requests
Is responsible for additional tasks in the call center as delegated.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years in a call center setting
Sales or customer service experience needed
Ability to multi-task and multi-call handle
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Understanding of Key Performance Indicators and how to use this information to improve processes and customer experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new applications quickly
Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute
Pay:
$14-$15/hr

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
