Requirements:
Must have updated credentials: Valid Pennsylvania LPN License
Valid AHA - BLS CPR course for healthcare providers (Adult/Infant/Child)
Recent Two Step TB
Must Have Clear Background Check

Trach/vent experience or willingness to participate in training program
General Job Description
8 hour nightshifts 2-3 days per week
Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's condition
Monitor all aspects of patient care
Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
