My name is Melissa and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Recruiter for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Coppell, TX. Details for the position are as follows:

4 year degree
4 years of experience high volume recruiting
Sales Recruiters and Mortgage Lending background is highly desirable

Job Description:
Network and develop pipeline of sales talent in the mortgage industry through personal contacts, LinkedIn and other networking tools
Manage the entire life cycle recruiting from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring
Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit top talent for sales positions across Lending Channels including wholesale, retail and correspondent.
Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
Assist managers in the development of job descriptions and recruiting requisitions on an as-needed basis
Partner with hiring managers to determine, recommend and clarify hiring objectives based on the Company's hiring process
Successfully recruit and hire candidates within hiring timeline
Reduce cost per hire by increasing direct hires and minimizing the use of agencies
Develop strategic sourcing strategies and programs that will develop a pipeline of candidates

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
