Responsibilities:
This role has overall responsibility for the performance of the plant, including safety, quality, cost, productivity, and customer service. Reporting directly to this role are the leaders of operations, safety, maintenance, and scheduling. Reporting indirectly, but key members of the Plant Management team, are the leaders of Quality, Operations Excellence, and HR.
Management experience at facility-wide level for a medium sized facility or a multi-departmental span of control within a much larger organization, reflecting responsibility for at least 100 associates across no less than two shifts.
The Plant Manager is totally responsible for the overall quality and performance of the Plant Leadership Team. It is the Plant Manager who must assess and develop talent, coach the team to work effectively, and address issues that arise.
The Plant Manager fills the critical role as the primary person responsible for the creation and maintenance of a high performance culture
Creation, implementation, and improvement of Daily Management systems, including Safety, Centerline, Clean-Inspect-and-Lubricate, Total Productive Maintenance, Quality Defect Elimination, etc.
Lead the Daily Management systems to ensure high levels of quality, problem identification and resolution, productivity, and associate involvement and ownership
Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years management experience in an FDA regulated Manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to communicate a vision effectively and to enroll others in that vision
Knowledge and proven ability to implement high performing organizations
Strong organization and people development skills
Strong ability to coach and influence others
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership skills and ability to help associates take ownership for the business
Strong working knowledge of TPM, OEE and Lean and the ability to utilize these tools to create and operate a high performing organization

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
