The Upper Main Line YMCA is seeking a
Y
Coach
who under the direction of the Wellness Director will provide guidance to YMCA members in the wellness center, group exercise classes, pool and other areas as guided by member requests and Listen First discussions. Provide sound wellness advice, a welcoming, supportive environment, and an overall exemplary experience for all members.
Requirements
:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School diploma or GED required
Four year degree from an accredited college or university preferred
One year of experience in customer/membership service required, combined total of three years customer/member service and/or health and wellness experience preferred
Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
Possess/obtain YMCA Foundations of Healthy Lifestyles within 90 days
