Spanish company looking for an active, easygoing, organized person that will be in charge of a group of students that will come to San Diego during the summer period to learn English.
Position
Summary:
This person will find, interview, and keep contact with host families during the period before the arrival.
Once the students arrive(end of June to en of July) , he/she will organize, with a Spanish chaperon, the activities for this group of teens for the duration of their stay, going with them to all of them, and motivate the group to speak English during the activities.
Entry Requirements:
Must be at least 20 years old with a valid driver s license
o Must have good knowledge of San Diego and its surroundings
o Must demonstrate qualities of a leader and be able to complete tasks with little supervision
o Must be able to take charge and oversee weekend and evening shifts
Knowledge & Skills:
Leadership and public relations skills

Decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
Find, interview and coordinate host families
Attend in service trainings as scheduled
Oversee weekend and evening shifts
At times take on responsibilities of main leader
Resolve any job related conflicts
Oversee the set up for programs and events
Participate in regular in-service training sessions
Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Respond to emergencies and complaints, resolve problems when they arise, execute disciplinary action if necessary, and notify the appropriate personnel or supervisors.
Complete special projects as assigned by supervising staff.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
