At ABC Fine Wine & Spirits we are seeking Store Manager Trainees to join our retail team. This position is ideal for a career-oriented individual with retail experience and a talent for providing excellent customer service. Duties include customer service, vendor interaction, inventory control, merchandising and others.

Job Responsibilities
Store Manager Trainees working at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits should have experience in customer service, retail sales, or sales. Every day is different when working at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits.
Some of the responsibilities include:
o Coordinating sale promotion activities
o Preparing merchandise displays
o Ordering merchandise to replenish stock on hand
o Ensuring compliance of employees via established security, sales, housekeeping and record keeping procedures
o Supervising employees engaged in sales work
o Answering customer complaints or inquiries and providing exemplary customer service at all stages of the customer's experience
o Opening and closing store
o Enforcing age requirements, checking customer IDs
o Attending regularly scheduled meetings
o Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
o Attending all company-wide training classes as well as leadership classes
Requirements:
o High School Diploma or GED OR equivalent training experience
o Strong communication skills
o Retail Sales experience
o Positive, friendly attitude and team player
o Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and clean driving record
o Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
o Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
o Must be 21 and up
o Must be able to work weekends and evenings
o Must be able to pass Background and Credit check
