Project Manager- Contract Hire
SUMMARY
Manages the complex Due Diligence and Transition process as part of an ongoing RFP response, including working directly with both internal and client RFP team members to support the alignment of product and operational knowledge with final RFP response content and transition if awarded the RFP. Leads the process to include the due diligence and if awarded the RFP the transition into services of the environment.
ASSIGNMENT DURATION
Approximately 2 months to one year
HOURS PER WEEK
40 hours per week
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Proven ability to manage the RFP process
Well-developed customer relations skills
Solid Vendor Management relations
Strong Organizational skills
Ability to exercise judgment, tact and diplomacy
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Must be fast and adaptable to constantly changing projects
Ability to work independently within established policies and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proven ability to collect multiple streams of data and keep organized for delivery to client when needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5-7 years IT Project Management experience
Ability to engage with all levels of an enterprise organization
PMP certification not necessary but a plus
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to travel up to 25% locally
