Initial Services Contractor / Property Preservation
Initial services sub contractor needed for foreclosed homes in the Murphy, NC area. The initial services consist of the initial debris removal, cleaning of the property and lawn care. This is a sub contractor position so having all of your own equipment is required. You must have the below things.
Generator or converter.
Trailer for the removal of debris.
All cleaning supplies.
All lawn equipment.
Digital camera that is not your phone.
Computer and internet.
Reliable transportation.
Clean back ground.
Will discuss insurance requirements.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
