Retail Sales Professional
Warren's Carpet One Floor & Home has a terrific opportunity for a person who is interested in more than just selling to their customer - but rather someone who wants to engage with their customers and have outstanding earning potential.

This position requires an individual to
o Interact with customers in our showroom
o Assist customers in making product choices tailored to their individual needs
o Provide design and flooring advice that will make the customer's buying decision easier
o Undergo in depth paid product and sales training to help achieve the above goals
o Begin each day with a willingness to create new business
o Be a self-starter and well-organized
This position has several key expectations and duties:
o Greeting customers positively and engaging them in a direct, reaffirming manner
o Keeping up-to-date on the wide selection of product offerings available along with the features, benefits, and warranties associated with each of them
o Writing sales orders, receiving payment, and/or obtaining credit authorization
o Excellent follow-up with all customers on all requests, concerns, or questions
Some other things we're looking for include:
o Prior experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required
o A knowledge of decorating or design, and demonstrated experience is preferred
o Reliable transportation is required so that you can get to work
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is helpful, as is a willingness to learn our operating systems
o Excellent oral and written skills
o Professionalism, including dependability, accountability, and punctuality
o Self-motivated and internally driven to excellence
o Good time management skills
