Summary: Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resource Manager for a manufacturing client in the Roswell, NM, area to provide strategic leadership support at the plant level for all human resources policies,procedures, and programs.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business,human resource management, organizational development, or a related field required; PHR or SPHR certification preferred 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in broad-based human resources roles with strong experience in organizational development required Experience in a 24x7 manufacturing environment required; experience in food,beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or similar industry a plus Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and diverse populations Ability to plan and implement programs and projects within designated time frames Ability to be creative and identify & implement innovative approaches in leadership
