Psychiatrist
My client is looking to hire a part-time Psychiatrist to work at their community crisis stabilization program. This would be a 20 hours per week opportunity.
Program Description:
The program is located in a quiet, non-residential area of Hyannis. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms,eat in kitchen, living room and a staff office attached to the unit. There is also a designated smoking area in the back of the program and a picnic table that is ideal for outside gatherings.
The program is a transitional therapeutic program for adults as a hospital diversion or those stepping down from an inpatient setting. The program services adults who are seeking help with acute emotional and psychotic disorders as well as dual diagnosis. Staff provide extensive support for individuals' daily living skills, psychosocial rehabilitation, focusing primarily on successfully transitioning individuals to there next step of the recovery process. The program works to engage individuals in an effort to assess individual's needs and connect them with appropriate services. Persons served are expected to attend a day treatment program and all individuals are assisted in attending AA and NA meetings to supplement the day treatment program component.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
