Bilingual Chinese & English Speaking Administrative Staff
HS2 Academy is looking for full-time Chinese and English speaking administrative staff for our Millbrae and Cupertino offices.
Location: We have openings at both the Millbrae and the Cupertino location. Please let us know which location you are interested in in your cover letter
Job Description:
- Assist in daily tasks such as printing, photocopying, answering phones and general office management
- Answer any questions for new clients and phone calls
- Assist with sales
- Prepare materials for classrooms
- Maintain a very tight and detailed company calendar for appointments and meetings
- Help keep office area organized and tidy
- Continue on-going, long term projects throughout the year
- Should be able to work on Monday - Friday from 2 pm - 9 pm and Saturdays 9 am - 5 pm (Summer hours may be subject to change, working schedule will be discussed)
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English & Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Enjoy working with students
- Familiar with Microsoft, Google Drive and computer programs (Word, Excel, emails, etc.)
- Professional phone manners and excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn quickly and work well with others
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to prioritize, stop and start projects at any given notice
- Proactive & enjoy team work
