A multi-family management company seeks a highly motivated Maintenance Tech to join our Maintenance team for an apartment community in Ft Bragg, NC.
Top candidates will have the following
Qualifications:
Prior maintenance experience preferably in multifamily property management
HVAC and Pool Operator certification required
Knowledgeable in all areas of maintenance
Ability to follow directions and work well with others required
All others need not apply
This is a full time position offering great pay and full benefits including 401k. Regular schedule may include weekends.
