Essential Functions
Maintain and promote safety in all aspects of the facility.
Maintain and uphold all quality procedures and programs.
Maximize productivity and efficiency at all times.
Organize the workforce and set staffing levels to maintain or improve operational profitability.
Collaborate with sales team, purchasing, and vendors to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery.
Effectively communicate with subordinates, peers, and the senior leadership team as well as with various other departments and plants.
Promote teamwork by demonstrating a spirit of collaboration and cooperation on projects with other plants and departments striving to meet project objectives.
Maintain and promote strong work ethics and uphold all KTP policies and procedures.
Motivate team through encouragement and acting as a positive role model for all plant team members.
Mentor, train, coach and develop staff so that they can be ready to take on more responsibility as KTP continues to grow

Job Requirements

Degree in supervision or operations management is preferred. Prior experience as a Plant Manager in a manufacturing environment a must. Requires strong organizational and time-management skills with good attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects. Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills, good PC Skills including Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) as well as experience with Microsoft Outlook. Strong project management skills. Excellent ability to make sound decisions with strong business acumen.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
