Our client is one of the world's largest contract manufacturers of consumer packaged goods.

This client is looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at their Port Washington, WI facility.


Essential Functions:

Grow and maintain solid proficiency in Lean, Total Quality, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies as they relate to Company operations.

Develop and maintain a prioritized list of improvement opportunities.Develop goals, timelines, action plans, and track sustained performance.

Assist the Operations team to assure adequate manufacturing support for and results in the launch of new and improved products.

Provide senior, manufacturing and plant management with periodic reports on improvement status, barriers, progress vs. benchmarks, and targets for operational excellence and improvement in financial results from manufacturing.

Develop and assure implementation of any needed training for utilization of the tools for improvements and implementation of changes made as a result of continuous improvement efforts.

Develop and maintain a metrics base to be used to monitor and track operational performance.These metrics must measure results, consistency of operations and yet, be dynamic enough to monitor progress on desired changes.




SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

Requires past Continuous Improvement experience in a Manufacturing environment.

Six Sigma green belt trained and certified is an enhancement for personnel in this role

Prior experience (1-2 years) as a CI leader

Requires strong organizational and time-management skills with good attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects

Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills

Good PC Skills including Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) as well as experience with Microsoft Outlook

Strong project management skills

Excellent ability to make sound decisions

Excellent trouble-shooting skills

Works well cross-functionally and multi-functionally

Solid interpersonal skills, able to build and support team, and work with multiple levels of personnel



Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
