is currently seeking an Entry Level Project/Business/Engineer Mngmt graduates - Integrated Scheduling Specialist for one of our clients in Hazelwood, MO.
Candidate must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
Large aerospace company looking for talented entry level candidates to learn their business through a paid rotation program.
Candidates may be eligible to apply to permanent positions after rotation ends.
Participants will get exposure to the various business units operating at out clients St.
Louis site and will gain valuable experience in at least 2 of the Integrated Planning and Scheduling disciplines listed below:
Program Planning - developing initial planning products (e.
g.
IMP, WBS, Master Phasing Schedule) in the early phases of a program to provide alignment with the strategies and principles of program management, ensure overall program integration and establish the framework for more detail plans and schedules.
Program Scheduling - development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), integrating discrete activities of internal and external teams including supplier schedules to provide a comprehensive view of the programs execution plan, establishing task interdependencies, conducting schedule risk assessments, and performing critical path and float analysis to provide program management with actionable information about program performance and risks.
Master Production Scheduling - development of recurring manufacturing / assembly schedules that incorporate learning curves, TAKT, and resource optimization, establish right to left requirements for parts, tools, and engineering definition, conduct what-if assessments and incorporate recovery plans as required.
Detailed Scheduling & Change Management - developing and maintaining lower level schedules, identifying and addressing program risk elements within the detail schedules, ensure vertical schedule alignment to the IMS and horizontal linkage across all tasks and functions, integrating changes into program schedule baselines while analyzing impacts, addressing risks and ensuring disruption is minimized.
Requirements:
Self- starter Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills Have the aptitude and desire to work closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and other disciplines to understand the impact of each organization on program execution and use that information to provide actionable, value added products to IP&S customers.
Competencies:
Communication Customer Focus Decision Making Analytical Skills Problem Solving Rate Details Education:
Degrees in Project Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Systems Engineering, and Business Management are preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
