Sprint Sales and Service Assistant Manager - Fremont

DescriptionThe Assistant Store Manager is the backup to the Store Manager in a Service and Repair location.
They teach and create leaders for the future, while making decisions to keep the company's interests first.
Leaders are expected to create a productive work environment and are responsible for teaming with the Store Manager in the development and performance of all sales activities within their location.
Management is expected to recruit and develop a sales team as well as provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in-line with the company's values and vision.
The annualized potential is $50,000 with commission and bonuses at top tier performance.
The Assistant Store Manager will have the following duties and Responsibilities:
Partners with Store Manager to lead Store Team with unparalleled store experience.
Backup the Store Manager in their absence to insure the daily goals in both sales, service, and operations are achieved in the store.
Oversee the daily operation of the Service and Repair Center to achieve daily sales goals and insure operational integrity to avoid chargebacks and meet profit guidelines.
Assist Store Manager with operational activities in the store including but not limited to inventory returns, daily IOH reports, planogram, Advance Exchange returns, and Sprint Audit compliance.
Motivate sales team to meet or exceed key performance objectives that include service and repair metrics, sales and customer satisfaction goals and store compliance/audits.
Drive Service and Repair revenue by insuring all tickets are entered properly in both Sprint systems and Mobile Now Point of Sale systems.
Drive Accessory revenue attachment with all customers in Service and Repair to exceed store goals.
Insure that Service and Repair receive exceptional Customer Service.
Repair CSAT and Ready Now scores should exceed the minimum requirements.
Insure that Repair/Triage Rate exceeds monthly goal.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
