We currently are seeking to hire HVAC installers to join our Blue Flame team. We are a 20 year old full-service Residential Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor located in Mountlake Terrace under new ownership with a new focused direction for the future. Let's talk about your potential.

What We're Looking For
- 06A License
- 02 Electrical Card
- City of Seattle Gas Piping License
- City of Seattle Refrigeration License Within 1 Year
- Desire to learn and advance as an HVAC installers.
- Attention to details. We want to best of the best installers.
- Proficient in installing heat pumps, dual fuel systems, gas furnaces and ductless heat pumps.
- Able to wire low voltage in furnaces, heat pumps and air conditioners.
- Able to pressure test, vacuum down, add refrigeration charge and fire off heat pumps and air conditioners with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Project a positive and optimistic attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background and drug test.
