MS Companies is looking to hire a Quality Engineer Level 3 / Director to join our growing team.
The Quality Engineer Level 3 will be responsible for quality related activities and performance; initiates and maintains customer interface and support in a fast-paced automotive environment. We are specifically seeking a Quality Engineer Level 3 with prior TS 16949 implementation experience.
What You'll Do:
Continuous Improvement ProjectsNew Launch Management on site at Customer locationPPAP approvalsDrawing, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Job Description validationRoot cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.Customer Quality InterfaceProcess AuditsInternal Quality AuditsCorrective actions follow-upPrepare quality reports and actions to improve qualityTraining of MS Associates to procedures and work instructionsTravel to Customer locations to assist with problem solving
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in an Automotive manufacturing environmentMinimum of 5 years experience in APQP and PPAP reviewsMinimum of 5 years experience as a Supplier Quality EngineerMinimum of 5 years experience as a Quality ManagerQuality Lead in New Launch ProcessImplementation of TS 16949 Systems for initial certificationAbility to lead teams in problem solving utilizing 5Y, 8D and/or 5P toolsGreen Belt certificationExcellent computer skillsExcellent Communication skillsWork independently, and proactively

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
