Due to growth, we are seeking STRONG Residential Service Technicians, for the Medina & Akron Ohio area. Average techs can earn $60-100K with the TOP techs earning $150K per year!
Our Service Technicians are responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction. These specialists will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance, performing warranty work, and suggesting and performing system improvements, modifications, etc. to current customers. This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications include:
Techs that can turn replacement leads. great communicator and people person
High school diploma/GED

years HVAC experience
Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus
NATE or RSES certifications given special consideration
EPA Universal or Type I & II certification required
Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work irregular and extended work hours to include weekends and on-call
Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential equipment
No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
Clean driving record
Must submit to a drug screening and criminal background check
