Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an extremely motivated, experienced individual in the capacity of Senior Financial Accountant for our Corporate Headquarters located in Radnor, PA.
Job
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts.
Key contributor to the month-end close process, including preparation of account analyses.
Assist in producing monthly financial statements and other management reports.
Review and assess plant-level monthly financial results.
Discuss and summarize reporting variances to budget and comparable periods.
Implement and enforce accounting policies and internal controls across the organization.
Prepare work papers to support the annual external audit.
Demonstrate leadership, communication and teamwork on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA preferred
Big 4 experience preferred
5 years of general accounting experience
Accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail are required
Strong multi-tasking skills; must manage responsibilities under strict deadlinesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
