SAP BPC/BI Associate Director (4646)

Need:
Provide thought leadership to and guide the FP& A team on the emerging technology trends in the planning, forecasting and consolidation space and how best to capitalize on them.
Develop BPC & BI roadmap & strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives; identify opportunities to further leverage and benefit from BPC & BI platforms.
Participate in and contribute to the larger IT strategy and create a foundation for future investment in business intelligence and collaboration.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to build scalable and adaptable architectural solutions; Integrate SAP strategy into enterprise architecture roadmap
Educate and influence IT and business stakeholders on how best to leverage the BPC & BI platforms and maximize business benefits.
Document BPC & BI solution architectures for various stakeholder groups.
Provide skill set and work effort estimates for solution realization
Map business requirements to the SAP BPC & BI technology; negotiate with the business teams to maximize and adopt standard functionality
Provide technical direction and support including prototype development for functionality demos and discussion with the business units
Design, develop and support solutions built on the SAP BPC and BI platforms
Drive architecture & design conversations regarding BPC & BI solutions, and exercise authority and vision in decision-making.
Lead cross-functional issue resolution across teams and resources and serve as a liaison amongst IT and business teams.
Collaborate with infrastructure team, SAP project teams, Compliance, PMO, Business Analysts, and business leads as necessary.
Contribute to the SAP BPC & BI systems environment stewardship, and evangelize best practices in the software lifecycle
Provide top-notch service to internal and external customers in the BPC & BI ecosystem
Provide team leadership and mentoring. Share knowledge and cross-train on solution components.
EDUCATION
10
years of general IT experience
6-10 years SAP BI experience, BOE 4.0 is a plus
3
years of SAP BPC experience, BPC 10.0 is a plus
3
years of SAP BPC & BI deployment experience in global environments
5
years implementing & supporting business performance management applications including budgeting, forecasting, planning, & consolidation
Experience with global delivery models (onshore, near-shore and offshore) preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Master's degree preferred
SAP Technical certifications preferred
Project Management or Six Sigma or other process certifications preferred
