Primary Duties will entail; requirements gathering, issue identification, business process redesign/improvement, and defining solutions for continuous improvement in current and future environments.
The ideal candidate self-starter who can provide client solutions with minimal instructions and can run independently on projects. Project Manager / Analyst will support a high-performing group of technologists committed to driving customer satisfaction through delivery and innovation. The candidate will be required to demonstrate a strong record of client delivery / communication and thrive in a dynamic work environment, exhibiting ability to be flexible and a strong team-player.
Responsibilities:
Requirements gathering, analysis, collection of issues, identifying process gaps, defining and presenting solutions.
Manages and tracks IT solution delivery cycle using agile delivery framework
Ensures projects are properly defined, budgeted, prioritized, and resourced.
Facilitate sessions to estimate size user stories, deconstruct user stories into Development tasks, and facilitate Retrospectives with Program team members
Oversee development activities and report daily/weekly/monthly status reports and escalate risks to program managers as necessary
Assist with the management of requirements repository
Assist in requirements management of the defects repository to ensure appropriate development resource coverage
Establishes and monitors schedules.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before delivering to client.
Prepares for engagement reviews and implements quality assurance procedures.
Minimizes risk exposure on project.
Facilitate team meetings and reports on project status.
Establishes and implements standard Program Management processes.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Must successfully complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain the required Government Security Clearance.
4
years' total experience including project management, preferably in a technical consulting firm environment. Some working knowledge of network monitoring and infrastructure is desired.
Minimum of 2 years of Project Management Methodologies experience, interacting with key project stakeholders

Qualifications:
Demonstrates outstanding leadership skills and success building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
Experienced managing client requirements and related team members. Government client experience is a plus.
Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and business presentation skills
Demonstrates strong client interfacing skills: a positive attitude, high energy, very articulate communication, excellent interpersonal skills, out-going, and highly motivated
Excellent oral and written communication skills (ability to create and maintain technical documentation leveraging SMEs for content)
CSM or PMI-ACP certification preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
