The Upper Main Line YMCA, a branch of the YMCA of Greater Brandywine is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the key leadership role of Senior Program Director at the Y at Great Valley satellite wellness center in Malvern, PA.

Under the support and supervision of the Executive Director of the Upper Main Line YMCA, the Senior Director of Healthy Living will manage the site and provide leadership for the membership and wellness at the Y at Great Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who has demonstrated competencies in staff and membership development, health and wellness initiatives, communication skills, relationship building, and project management. We are currently seeking candidates with a commitment to member engagement and excellent service.
Job Requirements:
The candidate must have a solid track record in a similar situation, at least 4 years related experience that includes supervising large numbers of PT staff and a focus on customer service. A 4 year degree in a related field preferred. Excellent communication and relationship building skills, computer proficiency, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position. YMCA experience strongly encouraged.
Targeted hiring rate is $56,000 based on scope of position and experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
