Reliability Engineer

Experienced Reliability Engineer is required having Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability best practices, rotating equipment and alignment techniques, materials science, lubrication, tribology;
Responsibilities:
Providing technical expertise on all matters of reliability engineering for process equipment (mechanical, electrical, and instrument / control equipment);
QC management (MRO materials), QA systems onsite;
Maintenance training;
Supplier auditing;
Providing assistance on inspection and repair strategies and plans, particularly during shutdowns Performing reliability studies on existing equipment;
Recommending needed improvements to management in the areas of equipment philosophies, strategies and best practices for asset productivity;
Ensuring the site MIQA systems, and acts as custodian of Plant Standard on MIQA;
PSM Audits, MI and QA elements;
EDUCATION:
4-year degree in Engineering.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
8
years of reliability work experience and training in the refining/petrochemical industry, specifically the MI element for product refining to sugar;
Total Productive Maintenance TPM;
Total Equipment Effectiveness, Uptime;
Equipment Life Cycle Cost.
Site Management experience preferred;
Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability best practices, rotating equipment and alignment techniques, materials science, lubrication, tribology;
Predictive techniques for fixed, rotating, power distribution equipment and instrumentation, vibration analysis, nondestructive testing, thermographs, etc.;Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
